Stress Care  Management`s - main objective is return to work and productivity and this programme is designed to assist employees to cope with the demands of their job

At Integrity Rehab we:

• assess the referral and identify the severity
• meet with employer and employee individually to obtain information and explain the process
• obtain all the relevant and medical information
• prepare case management plan and forecast costs
• prepare recovery and review plan

Illness Management - There may be times when an employee does not have an absence problem, but they do have a chronic illness or condition that makes it hard for them to be at work, and/or operate at optimum productivity in their current position. While they have difficulties performing in their current position, they may be more productive utilising their transferable skills and knowledge if minor adjustments are made to their job function, or possibly if they are provided with assistance in making a change to a different position within the same company.

• Rehabilitation management for Swiss, European Union and USA citizens that are residents and travellers in New Zealand and who are insured with health and disability insurances in their respective countries.
