Injury Management

We offer world class  rehabilitation and case management services for work injuries:

• Claims administration and case management
• Contact with employee and employer as soon as we have received notification of the injury (ACC45 or work injury report)
• Claim registration and cover decisions within required timeframes
• Identification of the rehabilitation needs and recommendation/ development  of individual rehabilitation and treatment plan
• Co-ordinate referrals to treatment providers, social and vocational rehabilitation providers
• Initial meeting with the injured employee as soon as practicably possible and ongoing face to face meetings
• All case management services are provided at Tertiary level for all of the clients regardless whether they are tertiary level accredited or not. At Integrity Rehab we believe quality service and assistance come first.
• Provision of comprehensive reporting

Our Integrity Calculation System (ICS) (available to authorised clients     online) assists with the calculation of weekly compensation payments, payment of claims, medical expenses and other payments associated with claims and case management. All payments are processed the same day electronically (to claimants and providers).

For all their reporting requirements, online update and monitoring of claims registration and rehabilitation progress, authorised clients have access to our  Integrity Information System (IIS)
